Roasted pork cheeks with caramelised Parma red onions
Pork cheeks, or "ganassini", are a traditional local dish. When skilfully cooked, the meat is incredibly tender. To add the perfect finishing touch, the chef pairs the pork with the sweet and sour flavour of caramelised red onions.

To complement the creative and refined cooking, the cellar is stocked with over 250 different wines, selected from the best regional and national vineyards, with a particular focus on natural wines.
